Handmade tortillas, traditional pan dulce, and carefully sourced ingredients from across Latin America — made daily in the heart of Lafayette.
Las 5 Americas was founded on a simple conviction: that the flavors of home should never be out of reach. Our name honors the five nations whose culinary traditions we carry forward — each recipe passed down, each ingredient chosen with care.
Every morning, our bakers arrive before dawn. The smell of freshly pressed tortillas and cinnamon-sweet conchas fills the shop by sunrise. We source directly from producers in Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, and Bolivia to bring you ingredients you won't find anywhere else in Colorado.
Corn and flour tortillas pressed daily — soft, warm, and made the way they should be. Available in regular and handmade sizes.
Made DailyConchas, orejas, cuernos, and more — baked fresh each morning using traditional recipes that have been in our family for generations.
Baked Every MorningImported staples — from heirloom beans and dried chiles to masa harina, mole paste, and spices sourced directly from producers.
ImportedOur ovens fire up before dawn. Walk in by 7 and catch the first batch of conchas coming out of the oven, still warm.
We sponsor local events, support neighborhood schools, and always set aside a chair for someone who needs it.
Planning a celebration? We accept advance orders for tamales, pastries, and full catering for your next gathering.
Everything you need for a complete Latin kitchen — spices, sauces, canned goods, rice, beans, and seasonal produce.
